The Clinton County Voter Registration / Elections Office maintains all activities relating to Voter Registration and Elections under the supervision of the Clinton County Board of Elections. This is the Office that processes voter registration forms, prepares all supplies for the Elections and schedules all activities that are necessary, before, during and after Election Day.

Ways to Vote:

Mail In Voting - All completed mail-in and absentee ballots must be received by 8 pm on election day.

On-Demand Mail-In Voting - Voters can request, receive, complete and submit their mail-in or absentee ballot all in one visit. There is only one location for on-demand Mail-In Voting in Clinton County at the Clinton County Elections Office located at 2 Piper Way in Lock Haven.

Ballot Box - There is one ballot box located at the Clinton County Piper Building, 2 Piper Way, Lock Haven, PA. The box is open 24/7 until Election Night at 8 PM. 

Polling Place - Polls will be open on Election Day from 7 am to 8 pm.
