The Clinton County Conservation District periodically solicits bids for construction, professional services, and conservation-related projects. These projects support local natural resource protection efforts and may include stream restoration, erosion and sediment control, agricultural best management practices, and other conservation initiatives.

Bid Posting & Submission Information
- All projects will include a detailed bid package outlining the scope of work, submission requirements, deadlines, and any mandatory meetings.
- Bid submission methods will be clearly identified within in each individual posting
- Only bids submitted in accordance with the instruction provided in the bid package with be considered.
- The Conservation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and polices.
Current Projects Available for Bid
King Small BMP Installation
The King Small BMP Installation Project is an effort to reduce agricultural runoff into the Bull Run-Fishing Creek Watershed. Funded under the Countywide Action Plan Grant through the Department of Environmental Protection in agreement with the Clinton County Conservation District. This project will construct a small agricultural BMPs throughout the property including waterlines, gravel pads, livestock walkways, grassed diversion, rock outlets, roof gutters, and outlet piping
