Request for Bids (RFB): Used Electronic Office Equipment
The County Commissioners of Clinton County are soliciting sealed bids for a variety of used
electronic office equipment. Items available for bid include, but are not limited to: desktops,
laptops, docking stations, printers, copiers, scanners, TVs, monitors, an APC cabinet, a plotter,
cabling, and other miscellaneous electronic equipment.
A complete list of available items will be posted on the first floor hallway bulletin board of the
Clinton County Courthouse, located at 230 E. Water Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745, no later than
April 12, 2025.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Bid for Used Equipment” and addressed to:

Bids will be received until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Any bid received after this
deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened. The responsibility for submitting bids before
the stated time and date rests solely with the bidder.
All bids will be opened and considered for acceptance at the regularly scheduled Board of
Commissioners meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the County Piper
Building, 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 2 Piper Way, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY BID
DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COUNTY, OR WAIVE ANY
INFORMALITY IN ANY BID. THE COUNTY MAY ALSO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
