MACKEYVILLE - Come out and join the Clinton County Conservation District on Sept. 21 at the Clinton County Fairgrounds for the Farm-City Family Festival.
The Farm-City Family Festival celebrates agriculture's important relationship to its urban neighbors in creating stronger and healthier communities. This free, family-oriented event has lots to offer for all members of the community.
This year again, the event will have an inflatable slide, a bounce house for younger children, ax throwing, foam party, a duck pool, bean bag toss, fish print T-shirts and much more.
The day starts with children's activities including pumpkin decorating, crafts, pedal tractor pull and games throughout the day. Other adult attractions include: craft and business vendors, food vendors, a 50/50 drawing and much, much more.
For those of you with a competitive streak, there will be a milk chugging contest and pie eating contest.
