The Phase 1 offering of Clinton County’s American Rescue Plan is now open!   Clinton County municipalities, public authorities, and 501c(3) nonprofits are eligible to apply.  

Application open:  September 21, 2021 at 10:00 am

Application close:  November 1, 2021 at 5:00 pm
